Hey Hotdog Heaven! 👋

I’m the face behind the cart and I started this because I love simple food done RIGHT.

Some of you might recognize me from starting the Shelbyville Snack Shop. That experience meant a lot to me and is a big part of what pushed me to get back out here and do what I love again 🌭🔥

Good hotdogs. Good people. Good vibes.

This isn’t just a business for my family, it’s something I’ve been wanting to bring back for some time.
