Happy Saturday Everyone!
Remember our friends Tyna and Johanna from Butter & Brown Suga who provided their delicious pies in my last two baskets?! Well their selling a promotional sampler box of their cakes this upcoming week! Make sure to get yours! YUMMMM!!! 😋🍰😋

Butter and Brown Suga is offering a 12 slice cake sampler box (the equivilant of 1 full 9 inch cake). Each box will have a sample, but will not include all flavors. Flavors include Chocolate/Chocolate, Red Velvet, Lemon with Blueberry Curd, Meyer Lemon, Carrot Cake, Caramel Cake, Pound Cake, and Sweet Potato Cheesecake. Each box will cost $40.00 and we will deliver on Friday, 10/23 and Saturday, 10/24. Order by email at [email protected] or by calling 423-509-2968.

What a successful week! The rain did not stop Farm2You from delivering sunshine to your day ☀️

I hope you all are enjoying your baskets this week! They were filled with lots of thought & love- including these special local items:
-Sample jar of Fairmount Orchards Caramel dip to go with those sweet/tart Jonagold apples
-Adorable little homemade pumpkins made by a friend. You can use it as pin cushion or tiny decoration.
-Ornamental popping corn (White Oak Valley Farms)-use it as decor for now, then after Halloween (needs time to dry out) microwave it, then enjoy popcorn on the cob!
-Beautiful Butternut Squash & Heirloom Multicolor Acorn Squash, Candy Red Onions (White Oak Valley Farms) WOVF Always providing us unique and exceptional quality produce!

I want to humbly and sincerely thank so many who have helped to support Farm2You’s mission of helping our local farms and community. Unfortunately I’ve had to make the very difficult decision to temporarily close down Farm2You services, with the last delivery date of October 2nd (2 weeks). I’m hoping to reopen in Spring 2021.

There may be an occasional post to let you know about possible holiday baskets filled with our local goodies & pantry items such as jams, honey, pickled items, crafts, etc.

These last two week of deliveries will be overflowing with all kinds of goodness- including a special treat this week from a local start-up bakery! 🥧 🥧 🥧
Get those basket orders in for this week by Tuesday, because you definitely don’t want to miss out!!!

WOWWEEE...What a successful week! HUGE thank you to all those who ordered baskets and continue to support our local farmers!

I did not put one item on your list that was added to your basket at the last minute- Red Clay Farms organic cornmeal in those cute little burlap bag. This is a gift from the both of us to use on the beautiful red okra you received from White Oak Farms.

Since every order this week happened to be a repeat customer, I gave ALL of you one of those gorgeous New England Cheese Squash 🤗- great for Fall decor 🎃, then later as a pumpkin pie 🥧
