STRAWBERRY BASIL TRUFFLE
The ganache inside our Strawberry Basil Truffles is already packed full of flavor before heading into our chocolate enrober for their journey into the land of milk chocolate! The decoration you see is colored cocoa butter that's applied on top via a transfer sheet before the truffles enter the cooling tunnel. The hint of basil really enhances the strawberry flavor infused in the ganache.

Our hand-dipped truffles are made one at a time in our St Elmo kitchen. They spend very little time from the point of creation to when they go into our chocolate cases. We add zero stabilizers or weird ingredients to extend shelf life, so you're sure to get a freshly made bite every time you get an assortment of truffles or bonbons from us!
(The Hottie truffle contains ancho, chipotle, and cayenne pepper and has been one of our mainstays since we opened in 2008.)
