Day 31 and we have popcorning!

However, we lost 2 DOA, but have 4 alive. Iris pulled so much fur, she is a great mama, but I had to take out half her nest and still will be watching it to take more out.

It is almsot 100 degrees today, so this is our last litter until fall.

So far Poppy has not pulled fur and if she doesn't kindle at the end of my shift tomorrow, I will take her "nesting" box, as she just uses it as a litter box 🙄. She just might be culled with these new kits this fall.

We shall see, but these little things are too cute!

Good morning!

A lot is getting done on the farm.

Husband has been trimming trees, w**d waking, and holding down the farm while I work.

Today is day 3/4 of my stretch and I am so tired. But am making a list of things that need done this week.

Right up there on the list, is banding LĂ©e and Stripe.

So, if anyone is interested in this beaitiful polled buckling, needs to claim him before he becomes a beautiful wether lol.

Day 29 for these girls, that were exposed for a driveby breeding, on 5/14.

They both got nails trimmed, pens freshened up, and clean nesting boxes.

I would say they are happy and ready to kindle!

I am so excited for this second rabbit breeding here on the farm.

After this round. They will be taking the summer off.
