My Girl goats are in heat the boys started their Rut early this year. I feel I am running a Catholic school for goats. The girls escape the boys escape and meet somewhere in the middle. My Husband reported that Helix our gold buck hooked up with one girl and did the deed. Not sure what girl other then it was a light brown one just not my Bean. That is the report I got from the hubby. We have several brown girls. Jarius (silver buck) was put into the time out stall for trying to hook up with a girl in a doghouse. When I did my nightly rounds at 2am after work I opened the barn door saw all 3 of my geese standing on the hay in front of the girls stall like they were on watch. I looked in the stall part of the girl's pen. Who did I see was Helix. The girls snuck him into their pen area over the fence after their dad went to bed. Unfortunately, their mother busted them. Helix is now in time out pen with Jarius. I am not sure who he hooked up with. No this is not when I wanted to start my breeding season.

I have some 8 week old ND babies looking for a new pasture. Right now I have 3 bucklings and some doelings. 3 are silverred with some white two are silver and white and one black and white. I also have two bucklings that are a cpl weeks old silverred color that will be ready in few weeks. Older babies disbudded the black and white one is pulled.

This momma gave me a surprise when I walked into the barn this morning and heard the tiny cries. Twin bucklings silver red color. Jarius did good on color but not the s*x order. All my babies will be looking for a new pasture, herd, family to call their own.

Busy day weekend on the farm. Grabbed a round bale, and some straw. My loving husband cleaned the big chicken coop and helped me clean out the smaller goat stall. We moved tatia over since she is due soon. I even played with my little chain saw. That was fun cutting down a tree. Picture of Tatia not sure how many babies. Also the man of the hour my loving husband lol

I have barn yard mix free range chicken eggs. I also have duck eggs. I am going to behonest i haven't separated the muscovy eggs from my sweddish eggs. But they are looking for new incubator/fridge/counter what ever your heart desires lol. Located in depauville NY
