Mother Nature was nice to us this week and we have plenty of sap to process. We will be boiling Saturday firing up around noon

The sap has been running well the last couple days and looks like it should be another good run today. We will be boiling this Saturday and we will have plenty of syrup to sample along with some special maple treats.
