Update: All sold out of sourdough bread and scones. Get some again next Friday!

What started as four full greenhouses is now down to only one! Lots of plants have left the farm this spring and we couldn't be happier! Now that our annuals are near the end, they're all 25% off (excluding patio pots).
We're open today with freshly baked sourdough bread and delicious scones. Tomorrow is our last Sunday of the year, so come on out and say hi!

Just a little heads up that we will be transitioning to NEW summer hours starting next week! A change for us this year is to be closed on Mondays. We've debated it all winter and spring and finally decided on it in order for us to stay focused on harvesting everything to get the farm stand stocked and ready for you. Therefore we won't have empty spots because "we just haven't harvested it yet." We want you to be able to shop at the farm and get everything you want that we have available! With the new hours comes self-serve checkout as well. Stay tuned for more info about "Fridays at the Farm!👨‍🌾👩‍🌾

Red, white and blue has been a popular theme this year for flowers! Especially if they look this good in a custom container Brendan put together for a customer 😉 🇺🇸 Even though we don't have our full flower variety left, there are still some beauties available, like these deep red geraniums! Come on out and pick some up today or stroll around and take in all the pretty blooms right now!

What once filled up our large greenhouse has now been condensed and moved out to make room for cucumbers and peppers. That means we sold A LOT of vegetable plants! However, we still have some essentials left like tomatoes and brassicas, but have sold out of things like cucumbers and green beans.
If vegetable plants aren't your thing, we still have annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees. Lots to mosey through and come up with a new landscape for your yard. A big thank you to everyone who has shopped with us this spring! We appreciate you!

This fella is ready to let go of the week and head into the weekend! Happy Farm Frog Friday! 🐸 I'm starting to see these guys pop up in unique places around the greenhouses. Always fun to find!
We now have salad mix available in the farm stand! Along with arugula, radishes and spinach 😋 Don’t forget, tomorrow is bread day and we still have plenty of beautiful plants left!

A big thank you to Cheboygan Coffee Roasters for trusting our plants and letting Parson, who is on our team this summer, arrange their patio planters this season. We must say they look fabulous! Grab a coffee, take a stroll and get inspired the next time you're downtown!

Our patio is officially summer ready!

A huge shoutout to Parson Schryer for putting in the hard work on all of the planting. Every plant arranged with so much care — he absolutely knocked it out of the park!

All of the plants and soil were sourced from Harvest Thyme Farm and their wonderful local selection.

The cold temps finally broke and that means we were able to get planting our dahlia tubers! It takes multiple days to accomplish this in order to sort through tubers, get a count, then keep it all organized when sticking them in the ground. Even though we plant all 4,000 (roughly) by hand, the actual planting part is the quickest part of the whole process! Especially when you run out of room and still need to plant another 500 tubers!
Now that we're done planting, we were able to stock some tubers in our farm stand to sell. It's not all the varieties we grow, but some of our tried and true kinds that are great for cutting. Available this week!
