Came home from baseball practice last night to find new triplets! This little girl’s mama couldn’t deal with 3 at once, so we are helping her along.
Last night was a bit dicey, but she’s doing much better this morning and we are hopeful!

This rooster is a legend.
We’ve had him for 7 years, which is a really long time for a free range chicken! He’s survived coyotes, weasels, hawks, eagles and outlived 3 other roosters we’ve brought in as back up. He’ll be hard to replace when his days are done. But for now, he’s living his best life scratching around for spring goodies in the pasture.
