Thank you to everyone who joined us today for our pressure canning stock class. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and new friends come together to learn, ask great questions, and build confidence in the kitchen.

There’s something special about sharing knowledge the old-fashioned way—hands-on, practical, and rooted in community. From turning simple ingredients into nourishing stock to understanding safe canning practices, today was a great reminder that these skills are meant to be shared.

We’re grateful for each of you who showed up, participated, and made the morning so enjoyable. Keep freezing those carcasses, keep learning, and keep cooking with intention.
