Today is an exciting day– our honey is now on our shelves here at the farm stand!

In the summer, we host 48 hives (~1.2 million bees) here on the farm. The bees gather from our lavender field, pumpkin field, blueberry field, and the surrounding countryside near the Willapa Hills Trail. The honey is not processed. (We cannot make health claims, so do your own research: https://www.google.com/search?q=benefits+of+using+local+raw+honey )

We chose 1-lb ($15) and 2-lb ($28) squeeze bottles for their utility. If you need larger amounts, feel free to reach out, and we can figure something out.

With today's change of weather ☁️💧, we are ready to transition to the season of cozy. That means fall🍂bakes!

New regular loafs: ($8)

Oatmeal Maple Rustic Bread- A whole wheat loaf with rolled oats, slightly sweetened with maple syrup, breakfast ready.

3 Seed Rustic Bread - Pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds in every slice.

Onion Sage Rustic Bread- Flavors of the summer brought forward into Autumn with onion and garden sage-deeply savory and made for the dinner table.

Garlic Thyme Rustic Bread - Garlic plus our own garden Thyme and Rosemary folded into the dough.

Quinoa & Flax Bread - Quinoa and whole flax seeds give it a nutty bite.

Plus we have new Premium loafs: ($10)

Apple Cinnamon - Sweet apple pieces and warm cinnamon in a soft rustic crumb.

Cinnamon Swirl - A ribbon of cinnamon sugar runs through this soft loaf. Toast it.

Sweet Potato Dill - Sweet potato keeps the crumb tender while fresh dill brightens every bite.

Uh, we’ve had a crazy run on🥚’s. We normally have 2-4 days worth on hand at any time, but here is the heads up that we are completely sold out. We have about a dozen more hens that are just starting to lay, so you might see a few smaller eggs mixed in as we try to meet demand.
