We take great pride in producing just "One" premium Red Wine, “One" premium White Wine and “One” premium Rose Wine each year. We not only offer you our premium wines by the taste, glass or bottle but also several Washington produced beers. We invite you not only to taste but to stay awhile. Announcing One Wines' Fall Hours...

We will be open Tuesday-Saturday 1pm-7pm.

This Sunday is our LAST summer Sunday, open 1-5pm, so for all those enjoying their Labor Day weekend, be sure to stop in at One for a sip!

We tend to think of white wine as something best enjoyed young and fresh, but that isn’t always the case. With the right grape, vintage, and winemaking style, white wines can develop beautifully with age, gaining depth, complexity, and entirely new flavors along the way.

So if you come across an older bottle of white, don’t automatically count it out. You might be surprised by what a little time in the bottle can do!
Come try for yourself! We hold our white wines for 2–3 years before releasing them, so you can enjoy the benefits of an aged white without having to wait for it yourself.

August's wine campaign to, "Drink Like a Local" happens to be timed when wildfires are ripping through the state. AQI is no joke out there, but you can find comfort with friends over a bottle of wine inside our tasting room with lots of indoor seating.

Locals love One Wines for its proximity, great wine, and because its industrial chic aesthetic makes it feel like you've gotten out of town for the day. Come in today, open 1-7pm! Just three blocks up from Downtown Chelan.
