As you may recall about a month ago I asked if anyone wanted to test this No-Sugar-Added Breakfast Bread recipe I had been working on.
Well, Tawnya White, Child Nutrition Supervisor
at Griffin School District #324 in WA state took on the challenge!
Here are her pics and what she had to say about it!
"So yesterday we tried the recipe three different ways (one batch with the fruit sweetener, one batch with half fruit sweetener, half honey and a third batch with just honey). We tried them all & was happiest with the mixture of half the fruit sweetener & half honey. The one with just sweetener was on the drier side compared to the mix one. The one with all honey didn’t look as appealing & just wasn’t as good as the mixed one. Here are pictures from the testing."
