Everyone, meet little Ruby Sue.

She’s our New Year baby. We found her in the early afternoon hours of New Year Day. Her mama hid her well from us. She’s as cute as a button.

Last week one of our cows disappeared for a few days. We assumed she was either calving or eating on the neighbors lot still. Sunday she made sure to walk by the house and proudly show us this little beauty. This made our hearts so happy since she’s one that lost a calf back in Jan. She’s a momma now and baby days on the farm are always exciting! What should we name him?

-Rodeo Starts at 7pm
-Dance to OutWest after the rodeo until 2am

Saturday July 13
- Live Music and Vendors in Downtown Cheney at 9am
-Parade 10:30am
-J&M Fabrication Kids Saw Dust Money dig following the parade
-Free Ice Cream for kids at Zip's Drive-In - Cheney, WA
-Vendors Close at 1pm

-BiMart Arena Gates Open at 5pm (food and vendors also open)
-Rodeo starts at 7pm
-Dance to OutWest after the Rodeo to 2am

Sunday July 14
-Cowboy Church 9am in the rodeo building
-Rascal Rodeo at 10am
-BiMart Arena gates open at 2pm (food & vendors also open)

Whiskey doesn’t think Jack’s too bad of a person when he has pellets for him. He’s pretty stand off for the most part. This is the closest any of us have been able to get.

He is one of the most adorable calves I’ve ever seen. He is pure gray and fluffy! Midnight (his mama) let us get closer than we thought she would so we could check him out and when she was done showing him off, she hid him from everyone….but he’s a little rebel already and before we knew it, he was walking back down the trail to join his mom and the herd. It made us all laugh. He listens as good as a kid already 😆
We’re not sure what to name him yet but Ash was throw out there as a favorite. Any name suggestions?
