Fits perfectly in a 18.5 CF deep chest freezer.
Hanging weight : 751 lbs x $3.75 = $2,816.25. This portion is paid to us, Horizon Farms Meat Co.
Processing: $982.94
This portion is paid to Stroots when you pick up your meat.
Total for a Whole Butcher Beef. $3,799.19
The cuts you can get with a butcher beef are 100% customizable to each customer. You get to decide what cuts you want, how thick you want your steaks and how many steaks per package. Steak options are ribeye, filet, sirloin, KC strip, round or minute steak, Chuck Eye and Tbone, flat iron, skirt steak.
You choose the size of your ground beef packages. Brisket, Roast, Ribs, Liver, fajita meat, Pre-Made Patties, Beef sticks... there are many options.
