LocaVore PNW Meet Chef Cynthia Monroe, LocaVore’s fearless leader. Cynthia graduated from Inland Northwest Culinary Academy in 2014 and is a Certified Executive Chef.

Our Mission is to bridge the gap between local dirt and the dinner plate by acting as the culinary voice for our local food system.

They are the current President of our local American Culinary Federation Chapter and full time all-around culinary badass. Chef Cynthia brings the community together at farmer’s markets, libraries, and other gathering places where they prepare locally grown foods like mushrooms and lentils using sustainable, low-waste practices for people to learn and enjoy.
