10/09/2026

🥳 Congratulations to Sophia and Genesis Cattle on winning 2026 Supreme Champion Beef Bull at Fryeburg! ❤️

10/08/2026

This duo heads into the show ring today as reigning Fryeburg Supreme Champion Bull (2025) and this year's Fryeburg Champion Simmental Bull (2026). Harry is as sweet as he is handsome- wishing Sophia all the best in the supreme drive!

🎶Dolly Parton tribute! 🎶

From the show ring to the pasture! About this time last year our heifer Dolly Parton was grand champion female at Fryeburg Fair. She just had a beautiful Nightshade calf tonight, 30 minute labor, calf up and nursing within the next 30 minutes. After a tough start to our calving season early this winter, it’s good to celebrate the little wins. Watch for this kiddo bouncing around the field in a few days, we are sure Dolly herself will be smiling down on him.

Happy Labor Day 🇺🇲 Sophia's Genesis Bertha did well with Simmentals and took home Reserve Supreme. HMF Liberty 🗽 was Reserve AOB, yay Daniel Romani! Farmer Dan Romani was in the ring helping out... So great to be there with farm friends and families ❤️

No trending audio, just happy cows! The boys are hard at work and nearly finished fencing the new pasture. For now, some temporary wire gives the ladies access to some fresh fall greens! Already seeing a difference in the forage quality and w**d density after grazing last year.

🎡Bangor State Fair🎡

Dan and Sophia had a blast up in Bangor ME last week. The Harmony Meadows and Genesis cattle had a good showing, with Acadia taking home Reserve beltie honors and Bertha 4th overall Jackpot. It was great to see friends and get back into the swing of things, lots to look forward to with the rest of the season. Thanks to the Carons for putting on such a great event!

🐮☀️It may be a dry summer but the ladies are fat and happy! We feel our herd has become more consistent in phenotype and quality then ever, we love walking out in the pasture and admiring everybody. Lots of young heifers with potential in this group. Look for our newest baby who is nearing a month old when you drive by!

The monarchs are out and the ladies are back up top! Thankful for the first true rain we have gotten in over a month and a gorgeous day to follow 🦋☀️
