Marcin was reported missing to Great Smoky Mountains National Park’s dispatch center on 08/24/26. His vehicle was later found near Sugarlands Visitor Center inside the park.

We normally do not respond to vague or negative post on social media, but after repeated posts that are clearly referring to our business, we feel it is necessary to clarify the situation.
On Friday, someone came by our store regarding a donation. At that time, my son was working, and I was not aware that this person was outside, waiting to speak to me.
When I arrived, I went inside. I did not approach their vehicle because I did not know they were waiting for me. They left shortly afterward and interpreted this as disrespect or ignoring them. That is not what happened.
There was no intentional, disrespect, judgment, or refusal to acknowledge anyone. I simply did not know they were waiting. We are disappointed that this misunderstanding has led to repeated public post, criticizing, our business, our character and customer service without speaking to us directly.
We have served this community for several years and we are grateful for the support we’ve received. We are not perfect and we welcome feedback. We believe concern should be addressed through respectful direct conversation.
Our door is open. We would much rather resolve issues directly than have a misunderstanding turn into a public criticism.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support our store and our family. We appreciate you.

Tomorrow morning 8/12 we will have sausage,sausage egg,pork chop,chicken, smoked sausage,country ham biscuits. Also have our $5 burritos. Will also have full lunch menu. Starting at 11 we will have soft pretzels in the warmer for $1.
