Life is sweet 🍓

Working on a flat of fresh, local strawberries today with my favorite little helpers.

By “working on,” I mean the kids are sampling every other berry they get their hands on and I’m trying to process what’s left. I’ve declared them official taste testers—quality control is a serious job around here.

At this rate, I’m not sure how many strawberries will actually make it into jam or the freezer, but that’s okay. The sticky fingers and strawberry-stained smiles are worth it. ♥️

We have candied pecans, our Blueberry Coconut Crunch granola, and lots of homemade jams (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, mixed berry, vanilla cherry, vanilla rhubarb, & vanilla spiced pear butter).

There is also:
• Fresh, washed eggs in the cooler
• Sourdough starter
• Sourdough brownie mix
• Sourdough pancake & waffle mix
• Olive oil bread dip mix
• Bread knives
• Simmer pot kits

Happy Father’s Day to all the hardworking dads out there, but especially to Nick!

He is the backbone of our family. He works tirelessly to provide for us, makes sure we’re always taken care of, and keeps us grounded through every season of life. There isn’t much he can’t build, fix, or figure out. The kids look up to him more than he’ll ever know.

Every day he’s helping build the life we’ve always dreamed of and he does it all with love, dedication, and selflessness that never go unnoticed. Because of him, my life turned out to be everything I ever wanted and more.

We are incredibly blessed to call him ours and I’m so grateful for everything he does for our family.
