Valley Orchard We are a small locally owned apple orchard and berry farm. Valley Orchard was established in 1977 in the town of Cherry Valley.

We've been in business for 36 years, and are the second oldest Orchard in the area. We have 35 Acers with 5,000 Apple trees. Besides apples we also grow Straw Berries, Red Rasp Berries, Black Berries, Blue Berries, Red Currants as well as vegetable's, and Pumpkins. We look forward to your visit… a destination where you and your family can make new memories the old fashioned way… one delicious apple at a time!

We would like to give our biggest and warmest THANK YOU to Benny and Rosalie Salamone and their staff at Salamone's in Cherry Valley. .cherryvalley Who were kind enough to help out during a tough time at our orchard. As you may or may not know, we lost our entire cherry crop, a portion of our blueberries, and most of our apples to several frost events in the early spring. In response to our loss, they offered to donate a portion of their profits to us. It was a very heartening gesture we will surely not forget. Do us a favor and thank them in person for us when you stop in for lunch or dinner! Thank you Salamone's!

Hello everyone! It's almost Cherry Season.... or it would be if we had any. Unfortunately it was a very rough spring for us at Valley Orchard. Due to climate change our trees were blooming about 2 or 3 weeks early in the middle of April. Our crops endured 3 hard frosts in April and May and we lost all of our Cherry harvest and most of our apple harvest. You will find a similar situation at most/all other sour cherry farmers in the region.

We will still have blueberries around the first week in July.

Today was our last day of the season! We would like to thank you all for another great apple season. We will have rhubarb and asparagus around May. If you need something from us and see us here, don't be afraid to stop in and we'll help as best as we can. Thank you all! We'll see you next year!
