With bringing Stoltzfus' Creamline milk to our shelves, I thought we should revisit the "What is Creamline milk?" discussion! 🥛

Here are some facts and fun information!

Creamline can aid the body in better digestion, and properly utilize the proteins found in milk. There is only one con with creamline milk, which is the need to give it a slight shake before enjoying a healthier, tastier product! 🫨 OR don't shake it, wait for it to separate, spoon off the top and use the cream for coffee, butter or other creamy goods!

So, what is Creamline milk you ask? Creamline milk is a non-homogenized milk that has a layer of cream on top that separates from the milk after it has been pastureized and bottled. It is a safe and more natural form of milk from what you traditionally buy in big name stores.

Homogenization is the process of breaking down the cream into tiny particles by pushing it through small screens at very high pressures. This changes the makeup of the cream and it is then mixed throughout the milk. This causes the milk to not separate.

Make sure to stop in, grab a milk, shake it up and let us know what you think! 💚💚

New Stoltzfus Farm creamline milk has officially hit the shelves!
New prices are updated in the computer but we are still working on our paper price lists! There have been a few changes to where items are located but we are so excited to have full coolers again!

A few new products added are:
Buttermilk
Single serving yogurts
Yogurt smoothies
Latte and mocha latte grab and go milks
More cheese curd flavors
Cheese wedges (Garlic dill and smoked gouda!)
Meat snack sticks
Pretzels (plain, cheddar and chocolate covered)
Breaded curds for frying
And some Teas (not currently on the shelf but will be soon)

Soap from the Cow's coop has also been restocked!

Exciting news! Wednesday 2/11 we will have milk back in stock!! 🥳🥳

We are so excited to be going back to our "roots" where we started out! We will soon be stocked and carrying Stoltzfus Creamline Milk and more products from Stoltzfus Family Dairy! They have a wonderful and large variety of products that we are so excited to offer at our store! They are out of Vernon Center, NY!

For those who are new or don't remember, Creamline milk is milk that is Pastureized but not Homogenized! So, it is completely safe by being Pastureized (heated up to a specific temp for a specific time frame) but by not going through Homogenization, it will separate to form a lovely cream top, but also makes the natural fats in milk easier to digest! Homogenization is the process where milk is put through a high pressure system that alters the fats in the milk to be smaller so they stay mixed throughout instead of floating to the top.
