🐔🐣 WHITE’S HOMESTEAD SALES & FARM POLICIES 🐣🐔
📍 Cherry Valley, Arkansas
Thank you for choosing White’s Homestead! We take pride in raising and caring for our birds and want every buyer to understand our policies before purchasing.
Please read the following policies carefully. By submitting payment, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🐔 LIVE ANIMAL DISCLAIMER
All live chicks and poultry from White’s Homestead leave our premises healthy and in good condition to the best of our knowledge.
Once a bird leaves our property—whether picked up by the buyer or transported by a carrier—responsibility and liability transfer to the buyer.
White’s Homestead is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or death occurring after the bird leaves our premises, including during transportation.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure our birds are healthy, handled safely, and ready for their new homes.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🥚 HATCHING EGG DISCLAIMER
All hatching eggs leave White’s Homestead in the best possible condition to the best of our knowledge.
Once eggs leave our premises—whether picked up or transferred to a shipping carrier—responsibility and liability transfer to the buyer and/or carrier.
Because many factors affecting hatchability are outside our control, we cannot guarantee hatch rates or chick viability.
These factors may include shipping and handling, temperature changes, incubation temperature and humidity, incubation practices, equipment or power failure, and other environmental conditions.
We will do everything reasonably within our control to carefully select, package, and protect your hatching eggs to give them the best possible chance of success.

🧼 BIOSECURITY POLICY
At White’s Homestead, protecting the health and welfare of our flock is a priority.
We maintain biosecurity practices to help prevent the introduction and spread of illness and disease.
All visitors must follow our sanitation and access rules while on our property. Restrictions may also apply to vehicles, equipment, footwear, and access to poultry areas.
These precautions help protect our chickens, chicks, quail, turkeys, other poultry, and hatching eggs.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 💛
