I will physically hear a suspicious thud from three rooms away, drop whatever I am doing to sprint in, and find myself staring at a precarious circus act involving a wobbly kitchen chair and a heavy roasting pan because I took a breath before answering. The sheer stubborn velocity at play here defies all basic household logic, turning a mild afternoon chore into an extreme Olympic sport fueled entirely by a refusal to sit still for ninety seconds. You cannot even offer a hand without getting that intensely determined glare that basically says accepting backup is a moral defeat, so now you just live on constant standby, genuinely hoping the sheer power of independent willpower keeps everyone out of urgent care. 🤦‍♂️
