Who’s ready for some lamb? We have lamb headed into the butcher next week and two are still available! You’ll work directly with the butcher to decide what cuts you want - it’s easy, they walk you through the whole process.

We ask $8/lb. on the hanging weight.

1-2-3 and you could have 100% grass-fed and finished lamb in your freezer. We use ours as a 1-1 substitute anywhere we use ground beef. It’s flavorful and delicious.

Is grass-fed beef more nutritious? We get asked this question from time-to-time. My answer has been, there hasn’t been a lot of research to prove whether it is or not but I know what I see in my family’s bodies and hear from our customer’s with health issues. But I get excited when I start to see research coming out proving what I’ve been seeing and hearing. Lambing season, highs and lows. We try to be as hands-off as possible, but sometimes we need to step in. Like this last little guy. Mama had a hard birth with him and we needed to bottle feed. But the other lambs born so far have been great and everyone is healthy!

Help us clear out the freezer! Our first butcher date of the year is coming up and we need help making space!

For a limited time, we are offering our beef bones buy one, get one free. These are great for making bone broth with or roasting and eating the marrow. I personally just eat it with a spoon but I had a customer recently who was going to make whipped marrow for her little one. Um, delicious!
