Another way to skip the canning process and straight to the freezer- make Pasta Sauce Kit Bags. Use the size of vacuum bags that will fit your family. Every family size is different- so quantities will be differ to suit your family.
All you do is put your tomatoes, garlic, basil & onion in a bag. Vacuum seal it and freeze it. When you want sauce, pull it out and blend it up.
Add additional spices according to your preference or dish!

Random Thoughts for December…. I need more coffee on days that end in ‘Y’. Learning more about history and victory gardens is a great way to be inspired in the next few months.
