WWWOB: LET’S GO HERD!!! 💚🤍🏈 . You know what time it is?!!! College football season!!! And as always, has come out with a great beer. 🍻 Last year, Country Boy introduced this American Lager….. HERD COUNTRY! 🙌🏻 Though their brewery is actually in Lexington, KY I still consider Country Boy Brewing local. They are only two hours away from Huntington, WV, my home and the HOME OF THE HERD!🟩⬜️🟩
I admire players in college sports because they are passionate and thirsty to win. It’s a pure love I have to watch them play. And then I “herd” 🤷🏻♀️ about this beer and loved the idea. I’ve drank it several times since it came out but I had to show it off again! It is at 4.2%ABV so yes crushable and made for all day tailgating.
This Saturday, The Herd takes on Albany at The Joan (stadium) at 6pm. We are going and checking out the new Jumbotron just installed. Unfortunately when I ran by to get pics, it wasn’t on 😩. But I’ll put in my stories more pics once I see it Saturday!
Also huge thanks to Josh Holland that distributes Country Boy to our neck of the woods. I’ve known Josh for a few years and he goes above and beyond. Even provided me this shirt and Stevie w a hat. Josh had promised a hat to Stevie a few months back. I bumped into Josh at a bit ago and he said “Hold on! I’ve got a hat for Steve.” My shirt was just a bonus! 🙌🏻. Thanks again Josh and thank you for this brilliant beer! We love it!
But it’s also a great evening patio beer and yes we turned on the green lights!Green is in my blood. I look forward to seeing more college sports posts from some of you! 🙌🏻.
