ð for a new ð
***Sleepover this weekend to see if this family is a good fit! Will update everyone on the status after this weekend.
To no fault of her own Ara is looking for a new loving family to call her own.
Unfortunately our home is no longer a safe environment for Ara due to our other females increased aggression. It has resulted in more injuries and our other female being agitated more often for no reason. For both their safety we have been keeping them apart.
Ara is 3 year old (3/21/2021). She is getting spayed on the 11th of October. She does have a small rehoming fee that will just go to the cost of her spay. She is up to date on all vaccines (rabies, DHP, Bordetella). She has an annual exam scheduled for next week to get an updated heartworm test, and physical exam. She is microchipped and has AKC registration.
Ara is a very cuddly loving girl. She loves all the attention you can give but is also fine when she needs to be crated. She is a very very happy girl who just loves life. She has been previously exposed to dock diving and obedience training. She goes camping with us regularly and does well on adventures. She is good with other dogs and cats but does occasionally like to chase our cats. She IS NOT good with chickens if left alone with them. She loves kids and just about any person she meets.
We are so truly sad by this because Ara is the bestest sweet girl and are not taking this decision lightly. The stress on Georgia (the mean dog) and ourselves has started to change the dynamics in the house and that's not fair on either of the dogs at this point. Please message me if you're interested. She will not be going to just anybody!
