Counter Weight Brewing Company We’ll delve into passion projects focused on wild yeast and wood aging, while continuing to evolve the definition of what a big, flavorful, hoppy beer can be.

Our goal is to continuously honor long-held brewing traditions while exploring new and innovative methods to highlight each ingredient and delight your palate with every sip. From beautiful, rustic Belgian ales and refined, sturdy German lagers to bright, hop-forward American IPA's, we will venture on an exciting odyssey of brewing. Named after the longest river in the Czech Republic, our 12° Czech Style Pilsner delivers a bright and vibrant Saaz hop bouquet with welcoming spicy bitterness wrapped up in its delicately sweet and delicious maltiness. Constructed from bohemian pilsner malt to provide a full body resulting in a beer we want to fill our mugs with over and over again.

✨Stratagem IPA ✨
Strata hops have been one of the most interesting newer hop varieties. It exhibits distinctive sweet, ripe berry with dank, cannabis-like undertones. It plays really well with other hops and contributes such great aroma and flavor. Stratagem brings all that great Strata character to a rounded and balanced hazy IPA.

Our next release for Hopfest Hootenanny, Nosegrind West Coast IPA utilizing New Zealand hops.

We love Nelson hops and Nosegrind is built around some incredibly aromatic and vibrant Nelson Sauvin. It has a very clean, dry base, which allows us to layer Nelson's big Sauvignon Blanc notes, pink grapefruit and zesty lime without having anything in its way. Riwaka and Mosaic offer a supporting cast and contribute a bit of dankness and help round out the big tropical characteristics.

Its tasting great and will release on Saturday 8/29 for draft pours and 4pk cans to-go. Come enjoy this beer among some other fun hoppy beers in the Beer Hall for Hopfest on Saturday!

To help us celebrate this year's Hopfest Hootenanny, we've brewed a brand new West Coast IPA!!

PUPPET LESSONS
Loaded with Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic, Krush, and some really nice Simcoe too. It has big tangerine notes with a nice mango and peachy aroma and flavor. A touch of pine resin complements a firm, welcoming bitterness that gives way to a clean finish. It's tasting and smelling incredible. We hope you join us this Saturday (8/29) and try it among some other fun hoppy beers we'll be offering!
