Many are asking when Kelly's Farm will open...our goal is Summer 2027!

Between now and then, there's plenty to do. We'll be focused on restoring the orchards, caring for the land, and preparing the farm for visitors.

We believe good things take time, and we're committed to doing this the right way!

Thank you for your support as we begin this journey. We look forward to sharing updates along the way and welcoming you to Kelly's Farm in Summer 2027!

Some traditions are worth preserving.

We're honored to share that Tim Perry will continue to operate the farm, continuing the Norton family's connection to this land that dates back to 1757.

As we restore the orchards and begin planning for the farm's future, we're grateful to have Tim's knowledge and care helping guide the next chapter.

We’re excited to introduce Kelly’s Farm, the next chapter in the story of this special place formerly known as Norton Brothers Fruit Farm.


Since 1757, this land has been an important part of Cheshire’s agricultural heritage, and as lifelong Cheshire residents, we felt a deep responsibility to help preserve both the farmland and the traditions that have connected generations of families to it. This community holds a special place in our hearts, where we’ve built our life and raised our children. Now we’re honored to help steward a piece of its heritage and ensure its legacy for future generations.


While the name is changing, our commitment remains the same: to celebrate Cheshire, bring people together, and create a place where lasting memories are made.


Thank you for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to welcome you to Kelly’s Farm.
