Our mission is to pair our love for growing, cooking and baking and use what is abundant on our farm and other local producers to be able to supply both fresh produce and ready-to-consume products to our customers. We aim to pull consumers away from commercially grown produce and industrially processed foods which is destroying our food system.
Pairing with our bakery and kitchen Tony’s Sandwich Co. Cliffside allows us to bring this idea to life. From using our farm raised chicken in our Italian calzones, to our blackberries in various desserts, we are now entering fig season here at the farm so keep your eyes peeled for plenty of fig based products coming to market soon!
