For those who need to know:
The conversation over how I do things at the Hopewell Farmers Market.
So to cut to the point. Between my home garden and my plot at Runnymede, I am making plans to continue my garden journey at Runnymede. That means you can physically come and see me physically pick each and every vegetable! That means you can walk thru, see it actually breathing and living and then ask me to pick, clean and pack it for you right at the farm!!
This change coming in the near future is to secure my place in the food industry again as a producer of quality, pesticide free, organic practice raised food.
Just me, the garden and YOU!
As for controversy goes, people love to ruin a good thing. When it comes to community vs MONEY, having lived in poverty, seen my family, friends and neighbors suffer with poverty, the systemic problems of leading grocery stores, food deserts and homelessness, I take serious offense at those who question me and how/where/who/what of what I do.
If you can do what I do DAILY as a husband, father and farmer, please step in and RUN things!
Those folks know who they are and how it came to be that they talked trash about me and my business and watched me take my offerings elsewhere and leave Hopewell in the same position it was when I first came here.
Pitiful, riddled with negativity and a lack of support and love to tear people down. Oh and also because some folks don’t want to buy the offerings of others because of aged products, complaining about what they ain’t getting, safety and all the other “KARENs and Kens” who hate to see anyone not there color do well or better.
Shame it had to come to this but I just don’t take crap from NO ONE and the COMMUNITY can blame it on the community!
