Fiiiinnnaaalllyyyy! Aaron Burr has arrived. Made from uncultivated apples, wild pears, and elderberry, Andy Brennan’s Elder Pomme offers an idyllic entry into summer. Wild, unpretentious, and truly working in harmony with nature, the ciders come from a small homestead in the Catskills and represent historic cider of the early Americans. From their ethos to what’s actually in the bottle, we love everything about Aaron Burr Cider, and are so grateful that we can bring it to you here in CT.

On Thursday, June 18 @ 6:30pm we will be tasting and discussing all things Greece with our friend and local wine expert Gia Pascarelli. The wines we have chosen are organic and fall into the “natural wine” category (we’ll talk more about what that means), and we will of course have snacks from Cheese Shop of Centerbrook

This MUST be at your table every weekend this summer! A 100% Pinot Noir rosé from Oregon’s Willamette Valley and 100% delicious. Reminiscent of super ripe wild strawberries with a hint of aromatic, savory herbs. A real show-stopper that you’ll have to be careful not to guzzle. Yum yum yum!

wowowow! we were just introduced to an absolutely phenomenal representation of Tuscany. La Querce Seconda totally knocks it out of the park with this certified organic Sangiovese blend (PS they make incredible organic olive oil too)

“VERY Italian. Grippy but fine tannins. Rustic in a good way. Olive oil people.”
