Welcome to Loei, a little corner of Northeast Thailand where the mountains meet the Mekong River

Tonight, we invite you to get a little “Lost in Loei”—not just in a place, but in the flavors, memories, and traditions of Isaan (Northeast Thailand).

Isaan food is simple, bold, and full of character. It is the food we grew up eating—the food shared around a table with family and friends. It brings together spicy chilies, fresh herbs, toasted rice, fermented flavors, sourness, and just a touch of sweetness.

Many of the dishes tonight come from the food we know from home—recipes inspired by the markets, villages, family kitchens, and street food of Northeast Thailand.

Every dish has a story. Some remind us of home. Some remind us of family. And some are foods we simply never get tired of eating.

So tonight, take your time. Taste something new. Share a dish. Enjoy the heat, the herbs, the crunch, and the unexpected flavors.

You may have come for dinner, but we hope you leave with a little taste of where we come from.
