So I’ve always gotten a lot of compliments and questions about my body and skin...I’d love to tell you it’s completely thanks to great genetics but I’d be lying lol


My genes are indeed fye lol but I get a lot of help from many all natural products...products that I had NO CLUE how to use just a few short years ago.


Because listen, I grew up in a true southern household. Wasn’t no liquid chlorophyll or turmeric circulating at the crib ok? lol


BUT I’ve successfully figured how to easily incorporate these powerful all natural supplements into my life and now I want to teach you how to do the same.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs, sazón, chopped garlic, lemon juice and zest, a drizzle of honey, parsley, salt and pepper 😎❤️🔥

Late brekkie....veggie sausage, fried egg, cheese and kale on a croissant 😎


I love the Morningstar Maple Patties in the freezer section.


Start by toasting the croissant in butter mixed with olive oil in a low/med pan. Then brown 2 sausage patties on both sides.


Once the sausage is done remove it and fry 2 eggs how you like them with salt and pepper.


Top them with the cheese while still in the pan (I use one slice of American cut in half) and let it melt while you fry your kale up on the other side of the pan. Enjoy!

ANNOUNCEMENT: So I’ve got the following left over from my brunch today: Chickpea Mushroom/Hash, Massaged Kale Salad and Sautéed Red Cabbage


Tomorrow I’ll be doing $20 pans that give you a taste of each one with enough to feed about 5 people


They are pick up only between 11am and 1pm tomorrow.


Each item is vegan and the chickpea/mushroom hash is packed with healthy protein.


DM me if you want to reserve one and I’ll get you the information to submit payment. All of the items in the pan hold up well as leftover too 😎
