Welcome to the offical page of DURRT CAMP! Ran by, McKenzie! Hi!!! So as many who know me know that I have had the dream of having a place for kids to come spend summers to learn about nature, spend time on a farm and make great childhood memories! As a mom of 5 young children who are farm raised and homeschooled, being able to provide this childhood for my kids is the ultimate blessing. I want to be able to have other kids experience what my kids get to do daily. Since buying my farm in 2022 I’ve had different ideas of ways I could do things on my farm while also having my 5 children involved. We have all kinds of animals from chickens to rabbits, ducks, goats cows!! My kids help me daily in the barn with the animals. We spend a lot of time in nature and learn about so many different things. I believe in letting kids be kids and play the old fashioned way, outside being creative and being free. I would be honored to be able to provide kids with the ultimate summers spent the way summers should be spent, outside, free, with friends and animals and nature!
This summer I am opening my farm to have kids come get their hands in the dirt!! If you are interested and have specific dates during July and August you would like your kids to come please message me so I can get an idea of how many kids to expect and when.
**I will be asking for a small deposit of 10$ per child, just to save the child’s spot so that I can know exactly who is coming to camp and when**
(If you need to cancel your deposit will be refunded)
I have a few other moms/friends that have offered to help out some days. But being that this is my first summer doing this, I will only be accepting 5 kids daily to start.If things grow past that point I will consider having more kids 🙂 Also if you want to send your child one day here and there I am open to that as well! Doesn’t have to be a full week or a reoccurring scheduled date.
I’m going to be asking $40 a day( you can choose 1 day or 2/3/4) doesn’t have to be a full week
$200 for the full week M-F
8:30-9:00AM drop off time
5:00-5:30 pick up time
Accepting Ages 5-12
Half days are also an option! 12:30-1 pick up (after lunch)
Please provide your child with their own lunch and drink and a snack to go for our adventures. We will be getting muddy and wet so also pack accordingly.
My kids and I are SO excited for this. They have been cutting out trails in the woods and planning adventures already!
