After careful consideration, I have decided to terminate operations of my tamale business and devote my time to personal affairs. I thank you for your patronage and wish you all divine blessings.

I apologize for the recent lapse in updates. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have made the decision to scale back my home-based business. I extend my sincerest gratitude to all who have supported me throughout the years. I might resume operations in time for the holiday season. I hope everyone is having a pleasant summer. God bless.

I apologize, but I am not taking any further orders. I will resume when I'm done with the previous orders. Thank you.

I've received all orders. I'll likely start making them late next week or the week after. Once they're ready, I'll pack them up and let you know about pickup time and location. I am a one man show, so please be patient. Thanks.

Reheating tamales instructions. Place the tamales, still in their husks, inside a loosely closed plastic bag along with a tablespoon or so of water. Microwave that bag on high two to five minutes, depending on the quantity. Check them every minute or so, jostling the tamales around a bit, to ensure they heat evenly.

I usually place 3 or 4 tamales in circular on a plate and place a damp paper towel over them. Then cover with a microwave lid. Heat 1 minute on each side. May need more time depending on your microwave oven.

Hope this helps.

FYI. I WILL BE TAKING TAMALE PREORDERS. LOOK FOR MY POST SOON! Please do not comment your order here. Thanks!

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. Been busy with life and things in general. I was in Scotland for a week with friends. Just returned this past Saturday. It was a wonderful experience! We landed in Edinburgh and traveled over 680 miles on a tour bus staying at three different hotels. Got to see the military tattoo performance at the Edinburgh Castle. It was phenomenal! Look for my post in September for my tamales. Here are just a few pictures to view while I was in Scotland. You can view more on my personal page. Olga Zamarron Solis. Thanks everyone.
