A new arrival to the cheese case, meet Hornbacher! This has EASILY become Karyn’s new favorite! Do you love all the comfort foods in the colder months? This cheese has all the rich & savory accompanied by those wonderful crunchy tyrosine crystals. Hornbacher is also known as “the baked potato cheese” - giving all the notes of deliciously roasted potato skins. Roasted nuts, caramelized onion & brown butter dominate the palate & will truly give you a cheese experience you’ve never had.

The verdict is in - we love this Alpine cheeses from Switzerland! No wonder it won Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards in 2025!

The love for cheddar that this town has! We have quite the variety in the case and there’s sure to be something for everyone!

Barber’s 2 Year Cheddar - From England & is a wonderful intermediate cheddar. Tyrosine crystals are spread all throughout so you get a nice crunch in every bite.

Mountain Valley 3 Year Cheddar - This one comes from Goot Essa, an Amish creamery in Pennsylvania. A Raw milk cheddar that is ultra creamy on the palate but packs a punch in sharpness. Karyn’s favorite!

Hook’s 7 Year Cheddar - This Wisconsin cheddar has been a staple in our case for years! A little on the dry side because of its age & packs a rich, deep sharpness.

Quebec 7 Year Cheddar - This is our newest cheddar and boy is it bursting with flavor! Canadian cheddars can be known for a punchy bite & this one falls into that category. It’s already been flying out of the case!

Red Dragon - A Welsh Cheddar that is softer & crumbly in texture and studded with whole grain mustard seeds & ale. If you’re a mustard lover, this is the cheese for you.

Bellavitano Espresso - A cheddar style cheese from Wisconsin with espresso rubbed on the rind. You’ll get some of those tyrosine crystals in this one and a nice smoky tone from the espresso. A fun one to try if you’ve never had it!

Red Rock - A very unique cave aged cheddar from Wisconsin. This cheddar is one like no other, it has a natural bloomy rind and stunning streaks of blue throughout. It’s aged from 2 to 6 months & has a classic texture of a cheddar. A milder cheddar with a more savory earthy character. This one is a stunner on a cheese platter!

Garden Pepper Jack - Another delicious cheddar from Goot Essa, this one comes with a good bit of kick from the red chile bits throughout. Sometimes pepper Jack cheese is all heat and not much on the cheese flavor. This one is the opposite, you get all the rich and creamy cheddar notes with a sneaky spicy finish. So good!

Cotswold - A double Gloucester style from the UK, It’s softer in texture and packs a big flavor of chive & onion. Bright orange with green specks, another show stopper!

Huntsman - Another double Gloucester cheddar that is sandwiched with blue stilton. Yum!!
