From the first course to the final bite, every detail of our October 8 Autumn Fires dinner was thoughtfully considered. A menu inspired by the season, carefully prepared dishes, and the little touches that turned an evening around the table into something special.

Today, we’re celebrating the hard work, care, and dedication that go into growing the food we put on our tables. From tending the soil to harvesting each season’s bounty, farming is a labor of love that connects us to the land and to one another. 💚

We’re grateful for everyone who supports local agriculture and chooses to shop small, eat seasonally, and know where their food comes from. Thank you for being part of Oksana’s farm community!

That’s a wrap on our 2026 on-farm dinner season! 🍂✨ Last night was the final dinner of the year, and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined us around the table and made this season so special.

🍂 Squash season is in full swing! 🍂

From sweet and creamy to mild and versatile, there’s a squash for just about every fall meal. Oksana’s Produce is growing several varieties this season, including Butternut, Rampicante, Green Kabocha, and Spaghetti Squash.

🎃 Butternut – sweet, nutty, and great roasted, puréed into soup, or added to grain bowls and pasta.

🥒 Rampicante – mild and tender with a slightly sweet flavor; delicious roasted, sautéed, or used in place of zucchini.

💚 Green Kabocha – rich, dense, and naturally sweet; perfect for roasting, soups, curries, or simply enjoying with a little seasoning.

🍝 Spaghetti Squash – mild with a stringy texture that makes it a fun substitute for noodles. Roast it, scrape out the strands, and pair with your favorite sauce or vegetables.

Whether you’re roasting a tray for dinner, making a cozy soup, or trying a new variety, squash season is one of the best parts of fall! 🍁

Our Premium Thanksgiving Package serves 6–8 and includes your choice of:
