We finally tracked Jeff down between chopping loads and spent the evening checking cattle and playing on farm equipment. Couldn't ask for a better night 🌞

I can’t believe it’s been 6 years already 🥹

What started as a little meat shop has grown into something so much more than meat. It’s become a way for us to connect with our community, share what we raise, and make good food easily accessible to the people around us.

We’re so grateful for every customer, friend, & familiar face who has supported us along the way.

Jeff’s been putting in long hours getting the crop in the ground, so it’s nice seeing a little evidence that all the hard work is paying off.

Here's your annual reminder: IT’S RAMP SEASON 🌱

These wild beauties only show up once a year - and they’re worth the wait. Ramps taste like the perfect mix of onion & garlic, and they pair perfectly with a Ranch Brand Chuck Roast.

I have dinner prepped for tomorrow's crock pot (ingredients pictured - that's it!) and I'm already looking forward to eating it 😜
