COPPER HEART (AMERICAN AMBER ALE)
5.2% ABV - 36 IBU
Copper Heart is an American Amber Ale with a prominent caramel malt backbone balanced by a complex and flavorful variety of citrusy, spicy, and herbal hops. You give a little with every sip.

In aid of the Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative (WBCI), this American Amber Ale raises 50¢ for each pint sold for the entire month of October. The WBCI aims to raise awareness and fund breast cancer programs in Wyoming with an emphasis on increasing breast health education, financially assisting breast cancer screenings, facilitating patient navigation, and promoting survivor services through fundraising efforts across the state, proceeds remain in Wyoming to grant into eligible programs.

SEASONAL FAVORITE RETURNS!
VIXEN (BELGIAN SOUR ALE)
5.3% ABV - 16 IBU
This sly red fox will remind you of a barrel aged Flanders Red Sour Ale, and she’s far more sour than the Do******ix she replaced. The rich plum and raisin malt character is balanced with hints of phenols and esters from the Belgian yeast, all underlying the prominent sourness, reminiscent of cherry, currant, and orange. If you’re fixin' for a Vixen, she’s your gal!

ART OF DANIEL MAW
On Display in October

Join us for the Artwalk this Friday 5PM - 8PM to meet artist Daniel Maw while you enjoy a tasty beverage! Daniel’s artwork will be displayed in the taproom all October long!

Daniel’s statement about this exhibit:

“The Story of Life” is an ongoing animated/illustrated series exploring time, natural history, and the story of humanity that I began in the fall of 2024. When complete, it will span 12 chapters and have an approximate running time of 5 minutes (that will include an audio track). If we are fortunate to see you during the reception, you will get a taste of the animation on a screen I brought to the brewery for this purpose.

Like all my creative projects, I am challenging myself technically, materially and conceptually. I think each slice of the story holds up on its own, but the collective narrative brings them together. I’m old so tend to work with pencil, paper, paint, and markers before bringing drawings into the digital realm to unify and make move through the magic (and pain) of software.

In many ways, it’s a dark story told through cute aesthetics. It’s a story that reveals the destructive, selfish, and unjust nature of the upper classes as well as the cyclical and powerful forces of physics and nature that is indifferent to species, money, and politics. In spite of these troubling themes (and the wild times we live through), I’m eternally optimistic and inspired by the kindness and hope of individuals and the power of collective action to create a better world for us all.

In aid of the Stride Learning Center, this American Amber Ale raises 50¢ for each pint sold for the entire month of September. STRIDE Learning Center is a developmental preschool in Laramie County specializing in early intervention services, special education and related services. Located in Cheyenne with proud partnerships throughout the county, STRIDE Learning Center always puts the children first.

Be sure to come out to participate in the Stride Learning Center Co****le Tournament and Fundraiser at the Blue Raven Brewery on Saturday, September 19th. Registration starts at 930AM. Get your bags at the ready!

ART OF ANGELA JONES
On Display in September

Be sure to visit Blue Raven for the artwalk on Friday September 11th from 5PM to 8PM to meet our latest featured artist, Angela Jones. Her artwork will be on display through the month of September!

Angela Jones, a talented award winning observational artist hailing from Cheyenne, Wyoming, earned her Art degree from Laramie County Community College in 2023. Presently, she showcases and sells her captivating creations at the Cheyenne Creativity Center and various local venues, including commissioned pieces for pet enthusiasts.

Her artistic repertoire primarily features charcoal, watercolorand pastels. She has recently been revisiting materials used in her youth as well as exploring new material such as colored pencils, tinted graphite and tinted charcoal. Angela draws boundless inspiration from the wildlife, and other animals aswell as the picturesque landscapes of mountains and plains she explores with her family.

"I aim to capture the essence of my personal journeys within my art, inviting viewers to embark on their own imaginative voyages," Angela shares. While Wildlife and domestic animalsis her mainstay, she also enjoys depicting local landscapes and diverse subject matters. Her pieces are an interpretation of the beauty that surrounds her, inviting observers to let their imaginations roam freely.

Outside of her artistic pursuits, Angela revels in camping adventures, cherished family time, and continuous artistic growth. Photography complements her artistic endeavors, providing reference material for her original pieces.
