Our mission is to create custom one of a kind charcuterie that really gives it that personal touch you are looking for. Hello, my name is Desirae Griffin I have lived in Cheyenne Wyoming most of my life. When starting this small business, I wanted to offer the community with something unique and a little different, I had no clue if this was something anyone would even have an interest for. I have been loving my journey as your local charcuterie go to girl. I have met some amazing people and families along the way and look forward to all the relationships in the future.

A little story about the honey behind my boards 🍯

If you’ve tried one of my charcuterie boards, you’ve tried Björn’s honey. It’s the only honey I use. I’ve tried plenty, but this is the one I trust and keep coming back to.

I love the story behind it, too. Pontus learned beekeeping from his grandfather, Björn, back in Sweden. Today, he and Lara carry that family tradition on in Colorado, sharing their love of honey with the community.

There’s something special about knowing the story behind the little details on a board. That touch of sweetness you’ve enjoyed? It comes from a family with a real love for what they do, and it’s a honey I’m proud to use.

I took a trip to Olive & Herb Co - Cheyenne and picked up a few pieces of gold. First off a beautiful Vanilla Bean infused syrup from Olive and Herb themselves, the ROLLS are Rosie & Co. and are my absolute favorite flavor, and last but absolutely not least The Butter Bish! I’m so excited to try her butter out! All of these amazing finds in one beautiful location. Support local 🫶🏻
