A last post from Graffiti Cuisine makes it publicly official that Graffiti Cuisine is no longer running the food truck.
Since the food truck was put up for sale, most people are aware that this part of our business no longer operates.
After several events with problems last year and then a new job for Wally in his career field, it was no longer reasonable to run the truck.
In many ways this has been heartbreaking for me, coming into the professional world of culinary arts later than most, this has been a dream of mine for decades. But, as all things, it came to its natural end.
Thank you to everyone who, over the last six years of food truck and catering services, gave us so much love. This work for me is work of the soul. I went into this not as a hobbyist, but as a professional desiring to grow the food landscape of Cheyenne while extending a bit of my heart to everyone as well. It was my pleasure, privilege, and blessing to serve you. And, YOU know who you are.
As Wally was called back to his professional work, during this last year, I, too, have been moving in a new direction.
As of 14 July 2026, Graffiti Cuisine is officially closed,

Although food service in this way will not be coming soon through Graffiti Cuisine catering or food truck services, the future holds the unknown for other iterations of this passion, and our LLC remains.
At the moment, we are reorganizing our lives back to some semblance of sanity and in line with the will of God.
