Busy day on the smoker today!

We’ve got Ribs, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites and smoked Mac and Cheese! All great BBQ has a good mix of seasoning. I use AP season on everything with a good mix of RED!

I’m very excited to share with friends and family that I will be starting a small business here in the suburbs of Chicago! BBQ has become a passion of mine and I figured what better to way to continue my love for BBQ than share it with others. I will be selling homemade BBQ sauce, custom apparel and plan on rolling out catering and custom orders in the near future. More to come soon!
