TEMPORARILY CLOSED!!!

We are temporarily closed in the Tasting Room until further notice following a significant power grid surge and disruption from this past weekend.The building is up and running for events (Legends of Lager still a go!!!), but our serving and brewery equipment have been severely damaged and are not yet restored.Working fast to get back and will update everyone with a reopen date. More soon.

Keeping the Pet Nat train rolling with Freestyle Yacht!!

Freestyle Yacht is a Semi-Sparking Pet Nat Wine with Motueka Sub-Zero Liquid Hops. This proprietary process removes the plant matter of the hops while preserving and concentrating all of the essential hop flavor and aroma compounds. So naturally, we had to try it with our Pet-Nat Blanc base.

Notes of Sweet Citrus, Nectarines, a touch of Pineapple and Tropical Lemon / Lime 🏝️🏝️

Highly limited and only available by the glass, no bottles for take away ☹️

Pet Nat Blanc has returned to The Tasting Room!!!

Semi Sparkling Wine with NZ Sauvignon Blanc skins from our friends .nz, California Sauvignon Blanc and Finger Lakes Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented with a thiolized yeast from to amplify the tropical character x100. Extreme flavors and aromas of Passionfruit, Pineapple and over ripe Guava.

Available by the glass and take away, so swing by 🤙🤙

New Wine Release!!!

Bright Nights is a winter version of house favorite Bright Lights Orange Wine. Co-fermented and blended with MI Cabernet Franc, NZ Sauvignon Blanc and Finger Lakes Riesling. Notes of intense strawberry, sticky guava and sweet plum with a very mild carbonation to bring the fruit medley to the forefront.

Highly limited and only available by the glass. Swing by before it’s gone, it won’t last long. 🤙🤙
