From MasterChef Kitchen to the main stage.
This week I got to speak at the American Society for Health Care Engineering Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference in Minneapolis where over 3,000 healthcare professionals gathered to collaborate on managing the healthcare industry.
My co-presenter and I served up a fresh take on Leadership Styles, using clips from my team challenge (the one where we cooked for 100 soccer kids + US Menās Soccer Coach Mauricio Pochettino Mauricio Pochettino ).
Spoiler: that challenge didnāt go my way. But every good leader knows the real skill is adjusting and learning on the fly ā¦ and thatās exactly what we dug into on stage.
