Festival del Niño is a beloved tradition at the National Museum of Mexican Art, inspired by Día del Niño, a celebration that recognizes the joy, value, and importance of children in our communities.

This free family-friendly festival is all about coming together to celebrate kids with games, activities, health services, and plenty of fun for everyone. It’s a day filled with culture, connection, and community spirit.

Our Teen Cooking Camp (ages 11–15) is all about building real kitchen skills in a fun, hands-on environment. From knife skills and sautéing to baking, cake decorating, and more, teens will cook a new recipe every day while growing confidence and independence in the kitchen.
