My interns had their first opportunity to serve during an Adopt-A-Pod, serving their peers who’ve been holding a Level 4. They applied what they’ve been learning around hospitality and professionalism, showed up confident, and truly killed it.

We’re in Week 6, and I’m really starting to see them open up. Moments like this make the work worth it.

I didn’t know what God was doing in my life last year, but now I see how He was setting me up for this season. I took on a big catering order, forgetting I still have a lifting restriction. But alignment is real—because one of my former incrEDIBLES interns was available to step in and help with prep, loading, and setup. The seeds I planted in my program are coming full circle, and I’m beyond grateful. This is a reminder that even when we don’t see the full picture, the pieces are always falling into place.
