This machine changed our company.
Our packing machine has allowed us to:
Create labels for our products
Seal our products efficiently
Repeat the process hundreds of times in a single day
It’s crazy to think that when we started, we did all of this by hand.
Our girls love using the packing machine, and honestly, it’s made all of our lives a whole lot easier.

As we continue to grow as a company and soon will be doubling our space, I can’t help but think back to how we have evolved over the years. If I’m being honest, sometimes I look through my camera roll and think... how did we get here?!
Scroll for a little trip down memory lane.
A lot has changed and somehow we’re still figuring it out as we go, while having a lot of fun along the way.

Why are some employees genuinely excited to come to work? Give them meaningful challenges, clear goals, and the opportunity to see the difference they make.
I recently sat down on the Harvest Growth Podcast to talk all about entrepreneurship, employing people with disabilities, and how to create an amazing place to work.
