For the Beef Bites:
700 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Boil the potatoes for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter, warm milk, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the beef bites with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Sear the beef for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
Add the butter and minced garlic, then cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and the beef is coated in the garlic butter.
Garnish the beef with fresh parsley.
Serve the garlic butter beef bites over the creamy mashed potatoes.

500 g ground beef
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can (300 g) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F).
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion for 3–4 minutes, then add the garlic.
Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and drain any excess fat.
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Grease a baking dish and layer half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom.
Spread half of the beef mixture over the potatoes, then pour over half of the soup mixture and sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.

πŸ›’ Ingredients:

450 g ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
120 ml tomato sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 slices sandwich bread
8 slices cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter, softened

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Directions:

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the onion in olive oil for 2–3 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place four slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean skillet. Add one slice of cheddar cheese, spoon on the Sloppy Joe mixture, then top with another slice of cheddar cheese.

8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks

1 Β½ cups buttermilk

1 large egg

1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour

Β½ cup plain breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Β½ teaspoon onion powder

Β½ teaspoon dried oregano

Β½ cup melted butter

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the chicken by mixing buttermilk and egg in a bowl. Add the chicken and let it soak for at least 15 minutes (or longer if you have time).

3. Prepare the coating by combining flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and oregano in another bowl.
