Say hello to Won Mae, our Korean plum liqueur and one of our favorite ways to introduce guests to Korean spirits. 🍑

It's made from maesil (Korean green plum), and it brings a bright, slightly tangy sweetness that's perfect solo over ice or shaken into a cocktail.

Chicago is buzzing with BTS this weekend, and it felt like the right time to pour something a little special.

🥭 Your IPA just took a tropical vacation.

For Try Something New Tuesday, crack open Offshoot Beer Co.’s Relax Mango Hazy IPA.

It’s cofermented with juicy mango, not backsweetened, for a smooth, hazy beer that’s hoppy, tropical and refreshing without tasting like mango juice.

It's Sake Saturday!

Meet Niwa No Uguisu Doburoku Pink from Yamaguchi Shuzo.

Doburoku is a rustic, unfiltered style of sake with rice solids left in the bottle, giving it a creamy texture and a sweet, tangy flavor. Think of it as sake’s funky, cloudier cousin.

Should we bring a doburoku flight to Wrigleyville so you can sip and compare a few different styles? Let us know below! 👇

Sake Saturday: Daimon Shuzo Sake-san

The label bridges Osaka and Chicago, with Osaka’s skyline on one side and Chicago’s skyline on the other.

Brewed in Osaka, this sake is a love letter to Chicago and Osaka, made to shine with food. Expect honeydew aromatics, a silky texture, soft white chocolate notes, and plenty of umami.

Pair it with okonomiyaki, ramen, fatty nigiri, tavern-style pizza, fried chicken, or Italian beef. Yes, sake with Italian beef. Trust us.

Sake-san is poured exclusively at Ramen-san and Sushi-san, and we're proud to be the only retailer carrying this bottle.
