🍊✨ Tangerine Kefir Cake Recipe ✨🍊

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Zymosi plain kefir
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 large eggs
Zest and juice of 3 tangerines
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the tangerine zest and juice.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Alternately add the dry ingredients and kefir to the wet ingredients, beginning and ending with the dry mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
